Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed, please send your personal items to be incorporated into your piece ( shipping instructions below). After I receive your package, it will take up to 14 days to complete your order and ship. Your order will be insured when I ship it to you. If for some reason there is a delay in completing your order, you will be notified by email of estimated delivery time. Please make sure your address is correct in the checkout process. If your is returned to us non-deliverable, a second shipping fee will be issued and collected before we attempt a second delivery.
After you place your order, please place your items ( that are to be incorporated into your custom made jewelry) in a ziploc bag and then place in a shipping bag or box and mail to:

IF YOU'RE SENDING FLOWERS:
Please make sure they are mostly dried before mailing. Place a silica gel pack inside the ziploc if you suspect any moisture in the flowers. Three to four petals of each flower you want to use are all that's needed for each item ordered. Please include insurance and a tracker on your package.
IF YOU'RE SENDING ASHES:
Ashes must be sent through the USPS and you must use the Cremated Remains packaging kits supplied by the Postal Service and ship them via Priority Mail Express.
Approximately 1 teaspoon of ashes is needed for each item ordered.
IF YOU'RE SENDING BREASTMILK:
Place 1 tablespoon of breastmilk in a plastic vial or old (clean) pill bottle and tightly secure lid. Place in ziploc bag and seal. Place ziploc in a box and label the outside of the box "LIQUIDS" (1 tablespoon of breastmilk is needed for each piece ordered.)
