Handcrafted items are made using stainless steel, gold plated stainless steel or metal alloys. Please use a clean, soft cloth to wipe your pieces down after each use.

Once your order is placed, please send your personal items to be incorporated into your piece (shipping instructions below). After I receive your package, it will take up to 14 days to complete your order and ship. Your order will be insured when I ship it to you. If for some reason there is a delay in completing your order, you will be notified of estimated delivery time. Please make sure your address is correct in the check out process. If your order is returned to us non-deliverable, a second shipping fee will be issued and collected before we attempt a second delivery.

After you place your order, please place your items {to be included with your custom made jewelry}in a ziploc bag and then place in a shipping bag or box to:

If you're sending flowers, please make sure they are mostly dried before mailing. Place a silica gel pack inside the ziploc if you suspect any moisture in the flowers. Three to four petals of each flower you want to use are all that's needed for each item ordered. Please include insurance and a tracker on your package. Our jewelry is handmade and custom created for your order, therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All pieces are unique and one of a kind. No two items will look identical. If there is a craftmanship issue, please contact us immediately. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, occasional repairs may be needed over time. If your piece breaks due to craftmanship within 14 days of receipt, please contact us. We stand behind our work.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MissyHarper Keepsake Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Normal wear, misuse or accidental damage may qualify for a paid repair service.

Each item is handcrafted so please be aware that if you order mulitple quantities, no two pieces will look exactly alike. There will be slight variations.
